Michael Davis - Mike is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in Taxation. Mike, who is a Certified Financial Planner® and a member of the Florida Bar, previously practiced as a Certified Public Accountant and as an attorney. Mike has practiced as a fee-only financial planner and investment advisor exclusively since 1986, following eleven years of experience in the public accounting and legal professions, with an emphasis on estate planning and employee benefits planning. He is the author of several published articles regarding income tax, employee benefits and personal financial planning matters, and has lectured various professional and social groups on these subjects. Mike was selected as one of "The Top 100 Wealth Advisors" in the October, 2007 issue of Worth magazine and one of "The 150 Best Financial Advisers for Doctors" in the November, 2006 issue of Medical Economics. Mike has been quoted in Time magazine, Forbes magazine, Money magazine, The Boston Globe, The ABA Journal and in Jane Bryant Quinn's syndicated column on personal finance. John Prizer, Jr. - Mr. Prizer is a vice president and shareholder of Resource Consulting Group, having been with the firm since 1988. He is a graduate of Albion College with a BA in economics. Mr. Prizer has been a fee-only financial planner since 1984, with an emphasis on investment and retirement planning. He is the author of several articles regarding personal financial planning matters, and has lectured to various professional and social groups on this subject. For six consecutive years, Mr. Prizer has been selected as one of "The Best Financial Advisors" by Worth Magazine and is listed in Marquis Who's Who in Finance and Industry. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Central Florida Society of the FPA, the Association of Investment Management and Research and is a past president of The Orlando Society of Financial Analysts.

Kimberly Sterling - Ms. Sterling is a vice president and shareholder of Resource Consulting Group. She received her BS with highest honors from Rollins College in 1981 and became a certified public accountant (CPA) in September 1982. During her 19-year career in public accounting, Ms. Sterling was employed by Coopers and Lybrand as a manager, by Osburn, Henning and Company, C.P.A.s as a principal and as principal and co-founder of Sterling Henning & Associates, C.P.A.s. She joined Resource Consulting Group in 1999. In 1998, Ms. Sterling expanded her professional services and became a registered investment advisor, providing fee-only investment advice and financial management services. She obtained her CFP designation in 2003.
