Bryan Taylor - Chairman and Founder, Plan B Wealth Management
Bryan grew Plan B from a one-person consultancy, which commenced in 1981. The business was transformed into a fee-based advisory company in January 1988 and has grown since then. He has considerable experience in all areas of insurance, investment theory and practice, and financial strategy analysis. Bryan is a Certified financial Planner, however he ceased advising clients in the late 1990's to focus on building the business systems and overseeing the growth of key relationships internally and externally.

A feature of Bryan's leadership is a strong commitment to the Core Values of the company, which reflect his own Christian values. The business model is designed to provide superior service over all periods of a client's life.

Bryan chairs the Board of the Stubai Christian Life Centre in Tirol, Austria and is a Trustee of Trinity Theological College in Western Australia.

Denys Pearce - Managing Director, Plan B Wealth Management
Denys joined the Plan B Group in 1999 after a 15-year career with several major Australian banks. Initially he was responsible for managing the integration of acquired financial services businesses that resulted in rapid growth for the Group. Denys became the Chief Operating Officer in 2001 and was appointed to the role of Group Managing Director in March 2004.

The Plan B Group is one of Australia's largest non-aligned financial advisory companies, with a core of 2100 relationship managed families, $A1.3bn funds under management and 160 staff. The Group offers HNW individuals wealth coaching, investment administration, investment management, custodian, insurance, estate planning and administration, and general trustee services. Plan B also offers it advisory, administration and investment services to third parties across Australia and in New Zealand.

Denys is a keen competitive sailor, and is Rear Commodore of the Royal Perth Yacht Club, one of the world's most prestigious yacht clubs and home to the Americas Cup following the historic victory of Australia II in 1983.
