Glenn Kautt Mr. Kautt is president, chairman and chief investment officer of The Monitor Group. In the financial services industry for 24 years, Mr. Kautt is a Certified Financial Planner^TM and was admitted to the Registry of Financial Planning Practitioners in 1988. He is an Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Kautt is a President's Distinguished Scholar graduate of Purdue University and received his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association ("FPA"), the National Association of Enrolled Agents and is a Graduate Fellow of the National Tax Practitioners Institute.

Mr. Kautt is a former Chairman of the FPA of the National Capital Area, and served at the national level. He is a member of the board of Trustees of the Foundation for Financial Planning. He served on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Financial Planning, where four of his professional contributions on advanced planning topics have been published. He is a regular columnist for Financial Planning magazine, writing under the banner: "The Business Consultant." Mr. Kautt's books include co-authoring The Invincibility Shield for Investors, contributing to Secrets of the Wealth Makers by Michael F. Lane, and authoring Stochastic Modeling: The New Way to Predict Your Financial Future.

Cal Brown - In the financial services industry for 20 years, Mr. Brown is a Certified Financial Planner^TM and vice president of The Monitor Group. Mr. Brown graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor's degree in business administration and is pursuing a Master's degree in Taxation at American University in Washington D.C. He serves on the board of the FPA of the National Capital Area.

Mr. Brown has presented seminars and workshops to thousands of people on a wide array of financial planning matters. He has been selected to speak at a number of regional and national financial planning events.
