Jerry Foster, CFP^TM - Mr. Foster is founder, CEO and a principal of Foster Group, founded in 1989. He has written articles for national publications regarding investment and planning matters. Mr. Foster has been named in Worth Magazine as one of the top 250 financial advisors in the United States and was also named in Medical Economics as one of the "150 Best Financial Advisors for Doctors". He frequently speaks to physician groups regarding life-planning issues and is currently leading the development of LifeWealth services for the benefit of our clients. Mr. Foster's first book, LifeFocus-Achieving a Life of Purpose and Influence, was released in 2004.

Mark Stadtlander, CFP^TM - Mr. Stadtlander is President, COO, and a principal of Foster Group. He is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the firm and oversees activity within client portfolios. Mr. Stadtlander is a member of the Financial Planning Association and periodically speaks for the Iowa Medical Society regarding investment strategies. His expertise regarding financial issues has been quoted in local and national media and publications, and he has been named in Worth Magazine as one of the top 250 financial advisors in the United States

Phil Kruzan, CFP^TM - Mr. Kruzan is a principal at Foster Group. He is responsible for the analysis and development of comprehensive financial plans, with particular expertise in the areas of estate and retirement planning. Mr. Kruzan is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Mid-Iowa Planned Giving Council and Mid-Iowa Estate and Financial Planners. He has been recognized six times by Worth Magazine as one of the top 250 financial advisors in the United States.

Reed Rinderknecht, CFP^TM - Mr. Rinderknecht is a principal with Foster Group. He is responsible for Foster Group's marketing and ongoing service delivery. Mr. Rinderknecht visits with prospective clients and meets with current clients to review their portfolios. He also develops and presents workshops on behalf of Foster Group and the Iowa Medical Society regarding financial and life planning issues facing physicians. He is the current President of the Des Moines chapter of the Financial Planning Association and current President of Des Moines Estate Planners.

Buck Olsen - Mr. Olsen is Foster Group’s Director of Marketing. In this capacity, he manages the flow of information within the office, and works with Reed in the coordination and implementation of the firm's marketing strategies. Buck is a graduate of Simpson College, with a degree in Business Management. He recently completed the Certified Financial Planner^TM program through the College for Financial Planning. Away from work, Buck enjoys playing golf. He and his wife Laura have two boys.

Kent Kramer, CFP^TM - Mr. Kramer is a principal with Foster Group. He is responsible for the development and implementation of a client's financial plan, including investment portfolio strategy. Drawing on his experience as a communicator, financial planner, and portfolio manager, Mr. Kramer is helping develop life planning services to connect our clients' financial and life goals. He is a former member of the Iowa House of Representatives, has chaired the Transformational Leadership Program for the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute, and belongs to the Financial Planning Association.

Ed Green, ChFC - - Mr. Green is a principal with Foster Group. Having had many years experience in the financial planning industry, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of client portfolios, including tax management, trading, rebalancing, and providing specific investment recommendations. Mr. Green is also involved in the development of various investment software programs used in the office.
