Steven M. With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Lugar is well-suited as a trusted advisor to his clients. Mr. Lugar received his B.B.A. in 1977 from Abilene Christian University where he currently serves as Class Agent. Steve is a member of The Financial Planning Association and the Hewitt AdvisorConnection. He also serves on the Board of Directors of T Bank, a locally-owned bank, as well as several non-profit organizations.

Donald Harris - Mr. Harris is a director and one of two principal owners of the accounting firm, Beaird Harris & Co., P.C. and the investment advisory firm, BHCO Capital Management, Inc. He works exclusively with high net worth clients and provides his clients with extensive family wealth planning services in the areas of complex income and estate tax planning, asset protection and investment counseling. After graduating from Abilene Christian University in 1976, Mr. Harris spent approximately ten years with an international accounting firm before beginning his own accounting firm. In 1988, he merged his practice with Mr. Pat Beaird and together they formed Beaird Harris & Co., P.C. In 1996, after seeing their clients continuing need for quality, impartial investment advice, Mr. Harris and Mr. Beaird formed the fee-only investment advisory firm of BHCO Capital Management, Inc. Pat Beaird - Mr. Beaird is the co-founder and president of BHCO Capital Management, Inc. He received his BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University in 1984 and has practiced as a certified public accountant (CPA) for over 20 years. In addition, Mr. Beaird has practiced as a fee-only financial planner and investment advisor for 10 years. With a background in advanced estate planning and extensive experience in complex tax matters, he works exclusively with high net worth individuals. In the course of practicing as a CPA, Mr. Beaird noticed a real void when it came to unbiased, high quality investment advice. In 1996, this ultimately led to the formation of BHCO Capital Management, a nationally recognized fee-only investment advisory firm.
